Phillips Industries has developed a new tool that can notify drivers of inoperable trailer lights to help prevent CSA violations. One of the top violations under CSA are inoperable trailer lights, Phillips said, and the Lite-Sentry can help prevent that. The device monitors the exterior trailer lighting for failures and notifies the driver by an indicator light mounted on the front of the trailer so a repair can be made.Lite-Sentry is integrated and completely sealed into a Phillips Sta-Dry electrical harness and is designed to work with all 12V LED exterior trailer lighting that draws more than 19 milliamps.  The current patent-pending Lite-Sentry is for chassis only. Future products will be introduced for other trailer configurations.
