Mack Pioneer deliveries increase as fleets focus on fuel efficiency and driver comfort
Mack Trucks recently completed the first U.S. deliveries of the all-new Mack Pioneer to Wayne Smith Farms and Cooley Transport/Maloney Leasing, marking the truck’s debut in American fleet operations. Drivers are already reporting strong ride quality, power, and comfort, leading Cooley Transport to order additional units.
“Our drivers love the way they ride. I drove one of them myself for about 1,500 miles, and it was like driving a car. It’s a solid truck," Wayne Smith, owner of Wayne Smith Farms, said. “The service after the sale of a Mack is phenomenal. The Pioneer has the best adaptive cruise system of any truck I’ve ever driven.”

Eaton expands aftermarket support across EMEA to boost uptime for commercial vehicles
Eaton recently expanded its aftermarket vehicle solutions across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), including its Mobile Power Solutions portfolio, concentric pneumatic clutch actuator, and agricultural clutches. The company is showcasing these products at Automechanika Dubai 2025, emphasizing complete systems, regional support, and fast delivery.

Kenworth expands TX-12 PRO and TX-18 PRO transmission options for concrete mixer trucks
Paccar TX-12 PRO and TX-18 PRO automated transmissions are now available for Kenworth T880 and W990 models equipped with Paccar engines featuring rear engine PTO, supporting concrete mixer and other REPTO applications. Both transmissions are engineered to work with Paccar MX-11 and MX-13 engines, providing fully integrated powertrain solutions optimized for uptime.
“The addition of rear engine PTO compatibility with our Paccar TX-12 PRO and TX-18 PRO transmissions gives customers even more flexibility when spec’ing their Kenworth T880 and W990 models,” Kevin Haygood, Kenworth’s assistant GM for sales and marketing, said.
The TX-12 PRO is a 12-speed option for on-highway and lighter vocational work, while the TX-18 PRO provides 18 forward speeds, six reverse speeds, and higher torque capacity for heavy-haul applications.
