Altec models’ incorrect low tire pressure on certification label
Altec Industries is recalling certain 2023-2026 service body, aerial device, pressure digger, spray truck, and digger derrick vehicles. The low tire pressure rating printed on the final stage certification label is incorrect. An incorrect pressure rating may lead to underinflated tires, increasing the risk of a tire blowout or a crash.
This recall potentially affects 12,375 vehicles. Altec will inspect and replace the incorrect certification label. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed May 8. Owners may contact Altec customer service at 877-462-5832. Altec's number for this recall is CSN-3294.
Ford Maverick models’ moonroof glass panel may detach
Ford Motor Company is recalling certain 2025-2026 Maverick vehicles. The moonroof glass may not have been bonded correctly to the moonroof frame, which could result in the glass panel detaching from the vehicle. A detached glass panel may become a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.
This recall potentially affects 323 vehicles. Dealers will inspect the moonroof glass and replace it if necessary. Interim letters, notifying owners of the safety risk, are expected to be mailed March 30. Additional letters will be sent once the final remedy is available, anticipated in April 2026. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 26S18.
Mack Trucks’ TerraPro models’ ECU software error may cause unexpected vehicle movement
Mack Trucks is recalling certain 2022-2027 TerraPro trucks. The engine control unit (ECU) software may allow the engine to start when the transmission is not in neutral. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 102, "Transmission Shift Lever Sequence, Starter Interlock, and Transmission Braking Effect." Starting the vehicle while in gear may cause unexpected vehicle movement, increasing the risk of a crash or injury.
This recall potentially affects 775 vehicles. Dealers will update the ECU software. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed May 8. Owners may contact Mack's customer service at 800-866-1177. Mack's number for this recall is SC0492.
Orange EV models’ training seat may fail
Orange EV is recalling certain 2022-2023 T-Series Pure Electric Terminal Trucks, 2023-2025 e-TRIEVER, and 2023-2026 HUSK-e terminal trucks. The optional foldaway training seat may fail. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard numbers 207, "Seating Systems" and 210, "Seat Belt Assembly Anchorages." A seat that fails may not properly restrain an occupant during a crash, increasing risk of injury.
This recall potentially affects 462 vehicles. Owners are advised to limit the use of the training seat until repairs have been completed. The remedy is currently under development. Interim owner notification letters are expected to be mailed by April 24. Another notice will be sent once the remedy becomes available. Owners may contact OEV customer service at 866-688-5223. OEV's number for this recall is 2026-SRC-02.
