Worldwide Equipment, operator of 14 dealerships in four states, has relocated its Kenworth dealership in the Charlestown, WV, area to a new 4 ½ acre site just off Interstate 64.

The new facility includes 12 service bays, and a 1,000-sq.-ft. parts department in a 39,000-sq.-ft. building. There is also a driver’s lounge. Parts delivery to local fleets is available.

“This new location is in the middle of the Kanawha Valley, a metropolitan area of 250,000 people that’s the hub and state capitol of West Virginia,” said Chuck Haden, division manager for Worldwide Equipment Inc. “Our new location is close to three major highways (Interstates 64, 77, and 79). It offers truck operators easy access to Interstate 64, a major east-west corridor running west into Lexington, Ky., and east into Virginia. This facility will greatly enhance service to our local customers since it’s located in an historical industrial complex in the heart of the Charleston industrial valley.”

Worldwide also has locations in Huntington, WV, as well as Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Virginia.
