Wright Express is set to acquire Pacific Pride Services, a privately-held fleet fuel distributor channel. Pacific Pride franchisees issue fueling cards to fleet customers, giving them access to fuel at over 1,000 locations in the U.S. and Canada. The $32-million transaction is slated to close before the end of the first quarter.
