March 3, 2014

Menlo Logistics has named Paul T. Mooney vice president-international. Mooney succeeds Joseph P. Dagnese, who earlier this month was named president of Menlo’s sister company, Con-way Truckload.

Menlo is a global logistics subsidiary of Con-way Inc.

Mooney has 28 years of experience in global logistics and the supply chain industry. He joined Menlo in 2004 as director of global account management. Mooney was most recently senior director of operations.

In his new role he will be responsible for management, strategic development, financial performance and growth for Menlo’s international operations on the European continent and in North and South Asia.

“Paul Mooney has been instrumental in developing high-value customer solutions that effectively utilize Lean operating practices to continuously improve efficiencies and reduce costs for our customers,” said Gary D. Kowalski, Menlo’s chief operating officer. “His deep experience and reputation for operations excellence complement our management team and will provide strong leadership for our international markets.”
