• Dash Cam of the Week: Bad move

We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again: Please be sure to use truck-specific GPS routing and, by all means, when the sign says “No Trucks,” there’s usually a good reason. Ignore it, driver, and there’s a chance you’ll end up on the national news and Dash Cam of the Week.

According to the ABC News report, the driver of this moving van had missed the signs telling him not cross the railroad tracks in Norcross, GA earlier this week. And the trailer got stuck. And then the train came.

Fortunately, both the driver and his wife escaped without injury. But, man, this is a train wreck. (Speaking of, be sure to review proper rail crossing safety procedures, as including in the previous Dash Cam of the Week: Train wreck.)
