Cascade Sierra Solutions announced yesterday that the organization has outgrown its Coburg, OR headquarters and will be relocating to Eugene, OR on Sept. 15. On Aug. 23, however, Cascade Sierra Solutions was still very much at home in Coburg, hosting community leaders to help educate them on the organization’s work to prevent pollution, combat climate change and reduce U.S. dependence on fossil fuels.
According to Cascade Sierra Solutions, attendees included public representatives from national, state, county and city governments and other community leaders. Executive vice president Jon Gustafson of Cascade Sierra Solutions, along with development director Sándor Lau, Coburg branch manager Kelly Spies, and grants The Cascade Sierra Solutions outreach/display center in Coburg will not be relocating. It features a wide variety of technologies verified by the US EPA’s SmartWay Transport Partnership to save fuel and emissions. These include aerodynamics, efficient tires, idle reduction systems and exhaust filtration systems.
