A new fuel center in Tarrant, AL, will offer biodiesel for commercial fleets as well as ethanol-enhanced unleaded gasoline. The Pacific Pride Services Commercial Fuel Center, is the eighth Pacific Pride location that Quality Petroleum of Alabama has opened in the state. Pacific Pride Services, which operates more than 1,000 commercial fuel centers in the U.S. and Canada, is a subsidiary of Wright Express Corp.

“We are excited to bring a clean new commercial fueling center to Tarrant,” said David Melton, vp of Quality Petroleum of Alabama. “The biodiesel offered at our center will give fleets an even greater variety of environmentally friendly fueling options. Tarrant is a hub of commercial trucking fleet activity and we look forward to being a part of the community for many years to come.”

The new location will accept most major fuel cards, including Pacific Pride and Wright Express commercial fuel cards as well as Comdata, Voyager, TCH, Fleet One, T-Chek, ComCheck and EFS.

“Pacific Pride is proud to partner with innovative petroleum marketers to bring valuable fuel management and alternative energy solutions to businesses with commercial vehicles" said Gregory D. Iverson, president of Pacific Pride Services. "The 24-hours, seven-days-a-week facility will also seek to prevent fraud and monitor transaction security for all of its private and municipal fleet customers."
