The National Private Truck Council (NPTC) is teaming with J.J. Keller & Associates to present the second in a series of webcasts related to Performance Management Technology.

The first webcast, which will focus on implementing technology in a private fleet environment, is scheduled for Wednesday, June 27, from 2:00-3:30 p.m. EDT and is free for all NPTC members. Gary Petty, president & CEO of NPTC, will be the moderator.

“Technology is capable of addressing more aspects of the fleet operation and, as such, it is commanding an increasing share of the private fleet professional’s attention,” Petty said. “Last month, more than 100 private fleet members participated in a free webcast, which addressed how fleets could build the case for technology.”

He noted the upcoming webcast that tells fleets how to implement technology is “ideal for those evaluating whether or not to add on-board systems, or to upgrade or replace existing technology.”

During the 90-minute program, presenters will provide an overview of performance management technology implementation, including discussions on how to build an IT strategy and implementation team. Technology maintenance and upgrades will also be covered.

While the webcast is free, NPTC noted space is limited. To register and/or obtain more information on the presenters, go to www.jjkeller.com/nptcinfo.
