Petro turns on WiFi

Over 50 WiFi wireless internet hot spots are now available at Petro Stopping Centers across the country. Provided in partnership with Truckstop.net, the new service uses the faster 802.11g WiFi standard. Over 50 WiFi wireless internet hot spots are now available at Petro Stopping Centers across the country. Provided in partnership with Truckstop.net, the new service uses the faster 802.11g WiFi standard.

Drivers can sign up for the wireless internet access by visiting a participating Petro center and launching an internet browser on any PC equipped with a wireless network card. The wireless service can be purchased on an hourly, monthly or yearly basis with a credit card. Pre-paid cards are also available at Petro truckstops.
