Fleet Advantage appoints new CMO, COO

Jones has worked in marketing for Fleet Advantage for more than eight years, most recently as VP of marketing and business development. Her work has focused on educating transportation and equipment finance executives as well as other women in the industry. Jones was named a 2022 2022 Top Woman in Equipment Finance by Monitor magazine. In addition to her marketing responsibilities, Katerina will continue to be involved in the company’s business development and customer relations efforts, according to the release.

De Aguiar was previously Fleet Advantage’s chief strategist to the CEO, where he focused on streamlining company processes and workflow. He has a background in private equity and public accounting.  De Aguiar has been with Fleet Advantage for nearly three years. In his new role, de Aguiar will work to ensure the company has the systems and processes in place to support its business and provide customer service to clients, according to the release.
