Stonepath subsidiary names CFO

Stonepath Group has named Joseph T. DiGiacomo CFO of its operating subsidiary, Stonepath Logistics Domestic Services. DiGiacomo will be responsible for managing the finance, accounting and administration functions of Stonepath's domestic businesses, as well as developing and managing integration initiatives across the company's domestic operations. Stonepath Group has named Joseph T. DiGiacomo CFO of its operating subsidiary, Stonepath Logistics Domestic Services. DiGiacomo will be responsible for managing the finance, accounting and administration functions of Stonepath's domestic businesses, as well as developing and managing integration initiatives across the company's domestic operations.

In addition, he will continue his involvement in analysis and coordination of domestic merger and acquisition activities. DiGiacomo previously played a key role on Stonepath's acquisition team as well as providing financial and management guidance to Air Plus, Stonepath's first domestic acquisition.

DiGiacomo brings more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, accounting, tax, and management consulting to Stonepath, as well as extensive knowledge of transportation and logistics.
