Chicago-based Trailmobile Trailer LLC filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy last December. Both companies are owned by Trailmobile Corp., but are independent. Trailmobile Canada Limited, which was reported to have lost $2.89 million on revenues of $34 million for the first six months of 2002, is financially healthy, according to president Thomas Wiseman.
Parent Trailmobile Corp. is in the process of buying back the outstanding shares of Trailmobile Canada and taking the company private.
