P.A.M. to acquire McNeill Trucking

P.A.M. Transportation Services Inc. announced today that it has signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire for cash certain assets of Little Rock-based McNeill Trucking Co. Inc. Tontitown, AR-based P.A.M. said details of the transaction will not be disclosed until the transaction has been completed, which it expects to happen within 60 days. P.A.M. Transportation Services Inc. announced today that it has signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire for cash certain assets of Little Rock-based McNeill Trucking Co. Inc.

Tontitown, AR-based P.A.M. said details of the transaction will not be disclosed until the transaction has been completed, which it expects to happen within 60 days.

McNeill operates 125 tractors and 220 trailers, offering refrigerated and dry van carriage, as well as logistics services.

P.A.M. is a truckload dry van carrier that operates in the Lower 48, Ontario and Quebec. It also provides transportation services in Mexico under agreements with Mexican carriers.

Earlier this month, P.A.M. wrapped up its acquisition of regional truckload operator East Coast Transport.
