• TSA awards HazMat applicant assessment contract

    CSC awarded TSA contract for threat assessment on hazardous material endorsement

    Computer Sciences Corp. (CSC) today announced that the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has awarded the company with a contract valued up to $16 million.

    Under the agreement, CSC will support TSA’s Office of Transportation Vetting and Credentialing, which is responsible for conducting security-threat assessment for all commercial truck drivers seeking a hazmat endorsement. CSC will provide personnel to help TSA officials process the applicant-related documentation.
