The Wisconsin Kenworth dealership has relocated to a larger facility in Menonomie, WI.

The new center, located just off Exit 45 on I-94, will give technicians and parts personnel a more efficient workplace, something that branch manager Steve Stead hopes will lead to improved customer service.

A 20,000 sq. ft. facility, the new Wisconsin Kenworth center has a 12-bay service center, larger parts department, and a more comfortable customer lounge.

“Everything we do is geared to helping our customers’ bottom line. That means providing the best possible on-time service and parts availability. The new facility gets us closer to that goal,” said Jim Moeller, vp-Wisconsin Kenworth and president of CSM Companies Inc.

CSM operates five Wisconsin Kenworth dealerships in Green Bay, Madison, Menomonie, Milwaukee and Wausau. The company also operates Kenworth dealerships in Gaylord and Grand Rapids, MI, through its Michigan Kenworth subsidiary.
