Dana Corp.'s Commercial Vehicle Systems business group has appointed Frank Sheehan vp, global sales, marketing and product planning. Sheehan will be directly responsible for all sales, marketing and product planning functions on a global basis for Commercial Vehicle Systems. Sheehan is vp at large of the American Trucking Assns. (ATA) and a board member of ATA, Heavy Duty Manufacturers Assn. and Truckload
