Next on the block are three properties up for auction in Woodinville, Tacoma and Olympia, Washington scheduled for November 20. A price of $1.6 million has been set for the Woodinville property, where 45 CF employees had worked. In Tacoma, where 50 people worked, the floor price is $2 million. The Olympia distribution facility, where nine people worked, has a starting price of $190,000.
