    PHH Arval, a vehicle management company, will develop onboard technology products using remote vehicle diagnostics developer Networkcar’s capabilities. PHH Arval aims to create a product that would help managed fleets operate more efficiently.

"Our leading edge technology provides the fleet performance and location information necessary to make smarter decisions.
