Swift Transportation orders Volvos

Swift Transportation has placed an order for 50 Volvo VN tractors. Volvo Trucks North America Inc. (VTNA) said the new VNs are to be delivered early in the second quarter. The tandem axle VN670s are equipped with Cummins ISX engines rated at 400 hp. VTNA said the VN670 offers superior efficiency and productivity, combined with a modern, ergonomic driver's environment and a spacious, comfortable sleeper.

Swift Transportation has placed an order for 50 Volvo VN tractors. Volvo Trucks North America Inc. (VTNA) said the new VNs are to be delivered early in the second quarter.
