    Xtra Appoints Franz

    Xtra Corp. has named Bill Franz president & CEO of the company. The appointment gives him all operating and executive responsibilities for the corporation. Franz had served as president for the past 11 years. Franz previously was regional vp for Strick Lease before joining Xtra Lease as president in 1993.
