    Six leading trucking technology providers will host a "Business Process Improvement Conference" January 17 and 18 at the Hyatt Regency West Shore in Tampa. The conference will give carriers the opportunity to adopt business process solutions to cut costs and improve their bottom line.

    Tribridge Consulting CEO Tony DiBenedetto will give a presentation about practical approaches to improving operational efficiency by using business process management techniques. Presentations will also be given by Robert Gadoua, executive vp for Canadian American Transportation; Tom Connard, president of Florida Express; and Keith Margelowsky, senior vp of Quality Distribution.

    Qualcomm, TMW Systems, Pegasus TransTech, TMT Software, ALK/PC Miler and Microsoft Great Plains are hosting the conference, which is also being sponsored by Fleet Owner.
