NPTC Appoints Director

The National Private Truck Council (NPTC) has announced Richard LaRoche has joined the council as its director of membership. He will be responsible for new member recruitment, member retention and programs to boost member involvement.

LaRoche recently retired from a 32-year career with the federal government. His expertise includes property disposal, policy and procedure development, and staff oversight with experience encompassing personal property management.
