Truck-Lite Co. has revamped its line of Signal-Stat turn signal switches. Already optional with a major OEM and a steering column maker, the new switch combines multiple functions-eliminating the need for other controls on a dashboard.
The “basic” switch includes left- and right-turn signals for up to 8 lamps per side, and four-way flashing for up to 16 lamps. Available options include “lift-to-dim” and flash-to-pass” (day or night) features as well as manual and self-cancelling versions. Advanced switches are also available that boast various windshield washer/wiper options.
Each Signal-Stat switch has a glass-filled nylon housing for strength and durability and is sealed by a polymer boot designed to keep out dirt and moisture.
