Donaldson gets DaimlerChrysler nod

Donaldson Company Inc. today announced that it will be the medium-duty exhaust and emissions aftertreatment supplier for DaimlerChrysler’s Mercedes Benz MBE medium-duty diesel engines in the United States for 2007 through 2009

Donaldson Company Inc. today announced that it will be the medium-duty exhaust and emissions aftertreatment supplier for DaimlerChrysler’s Mercedes Benz MBE medium-duty diesel engines in the United States for 2007 through 2009.

The aftertreatment device includes packaging for Mercedes Benz MBE900 engines designed for medium-duty vehicle brands, Donaldson stated. The company will supply the diesel oxidation catalysts and diesel particulate filter packaging necessary to meet federal lower diesel emission requirements effective in 2007.
