John P. Swezey has been named general manager of Powerbrace Corp, replacing Mike Weber, who is retiring.
Powerbrace, a wholly owned subsidiary of Miner Enterprises, produces door securement systems for the truck-trailer, intermodal, specialty, and truck body markets.
“We look forward to John’s leadership to build on the growth and achievements Powerbrace has enjoyed during Mike Weber’s tenure,” said Kris Jurasek, president of Miner Enterprises. “John brings a combination of technical, interpersonal skills and executive experience to help us convert our vision into continued accomplishments.”
Swezey was most recently vice president & chief mechanical officer at CIT Rail. He also worked at Chamberlain Gard and GATX Corp.
