The Women In Trucking Association (WIT) named its 2026 Top Women to Watch in Trucking. The association, which supports and promotes women in the trucking industry, selected 75 professionals based on their character, career accomplishments, and contributions to their companies and the industry.
The individuals were chosen by the editorial staff of Redefining the Road, the association’s official magazine. Those recognized represent a wide range of roles across motor carriers, third-party logistics providers, equipment manufacturers, technology companies, and private fleets. The recognition program, now in its ninth year, highlights professionals who have made a measurable impact within the past 12 to 18 months. The 2026 honorees will be featured in an upcoming edition of Redefining the Road magazine and on the Women In Trucking website. The program is sponsored by XPO.
