    Penley promoted to be TMT Software director of customer service

    TMT Software has announced promoting David A. Penley to director of customer satisfaction after his four-year stint as regional sales manager. Penley will be responsible for working with TMT’s Transman customers to improve their maintenance management.

    “David has over 20 years of experience in the technology for transportation industry, including time with Old Dominion Freight Line and Qualcomm,” said TMT president Rick Rosenberg. “He brings extensive knowledge in transportation technology, systems, and general management to this new position.”
