Grote Industries hires Dan Brito as director of operations-Madison
Grote Industries recently announced that Dan Brito has joined the company as director of operations- Madison. With over 15 years of manufacturing experience, Brito will lead efforts to drive operational excellence within Grote’s headlamp operations at the Next Generation Manufacturing Center in Madison, Indiana.
“I’m excited to start this new chapter with Grote Industries,” Brito said. “The headlamp business is at a critical moment as it grows, and I plan to help make it even more successful going forward.”
Brito gained experience in automotive headlamp operations during his time at Marelli, including the production of lamps for high-volume pickup trucks. He also holds a degree in mechatronic engineering and an MBA in project management.
“Dan’s experience in the automotive industry and headlamps make him a great addition to our team as we continue to aggressively grow our advanced headlamp business,” COO John Grote said. “His background in lean manufacturing and hands-on knowledge of molding, coating, metallization, and assembly processes will directly impact our operational excellence targets of zero defects and 100% on-time delivery.”

Amerit appoints Ross Rachey as COO

He has been recognized as one of the leaders transforming the transportation industry, earning a spot on Insider’s list of “100 People Transforming Business.”
