Torc Robotics appoints CFO to support autonomous trucking commercialization and scaling
Torc Robotics recently appointed Tobias Wessels as CFO to support scaling operations and the commercialization of autonomous trucking. CCM names general counsel to lead regulatory strategy in intermodal trucking growth
CCM has appointed Tara Pellicori as senior vice president and general counsel to strengthen its leadership team and support growth in the intermodal and transportation sectors. Pellicori will oversee legal, regulatory, and compliance matters while helping guide operational efficiency, risk management, and strategic expansion.

Phillips 66 names lead independent director as board leadership shifts
Phillips 66 has appointed Greg Hayes as lead independent director. The leadership change follows the retirement of Glenn Tilton and Marna Whittington from the board after the annual shareholder meeting.
