Pilot Travel Centers has opened a new travel center in Atalissa, IA, off of Interstate 80.

The 4,500-sq.-ft. facility features 11 diesel islands, Chester’s Chicken and Austin BBQ restaurants, Western Union, an ATM and other services, as well as Trip Pak, a CAT scale and four showers for professional drivers.

“We hope that fleet customers will enjoy the convenient location of our new travel center in Atalissa,” said Jimmy Haslam, president & CEO of Pilot Travel Centers. “We expect that this brand new food and fuel stop will meet the travel and business needs of our customers.”
