Trimble acquires @Road

Trimble has announced that it gained @Road shareholder approval of its acquisition of @Road for a total purchase price of approximately $493.1 million.

The Agreement and Plan of Merger dated December 10, 2006 between Trimble, @Road and Roadrunner Acquisition Corp. was approved on February 16. Stockholders holding approximately 72% of the shares of @Road voted in favor of the agreement and merger.
