Grote names human resources director

Josh Wilber has been named director-human resources, for Grote Industries. Wilber replaces Bruce Hofferth, who is retiring.

Wilber joins Grote from Ohio Valley Electric Co., most recently overseeing all human resource issues involving trade and professional employees.
