TRALA president & CEO Tom James passes away

The Truck Renting and Leasing Assn. (TRALA) announced that Tom James, its president and CEO, passed away on Monday night at his home in Arlington, VA. James had been with TRALA for nearly 13 years, the association said, serving as its senior vice president of government relations before taking over as president and CEO in 2009. Services have not been announced yet. TRALA is a non-profit national trade association founded in 1978 to serve as a unified and focused voice for the truck renting and leasing industry.

The Truck Renting and Leasing Assn. (TRALA) announced that Tom James, its president and CEO, passed away on Monday night at his home in Arlington, VA.

James had been with TRALA for nearly 13 years, the association said, serving as its senior vice president of government relations before taking over as president and CEO in 2009.
