July 25, 2017
Mitchell 1 has announced Roady’s Truck Stops will provide TruckSeries to all Roady’s member repair shops and service stations.

Mitchell 1 has announced Roady’s Truck Stops will provide TruckSeries, an all-makes truck repair information software suite, to all Roady’s member repair shops and service stations.

According to the company, the TruckSeries software delivers information for every stage of the repair process, which will enable the Roady’s locations to more efficiently diagnose, estimate labor times and repair all makes of medium and heavy trucks brought in for service. With TruckSeries, all required information, regardless of the truck brand, is organized in a single platform and is instantly available with one login, the company added.

“We are delighted to partner with Roady's to provide their service facilities with a complete solution to help them expand their offerings for repair,” said Kristy LaPage, business manager for Mitchell 1’s commercial vehicle group. “It’s an honor to be selected to work with them to add enhanced repair resources and technology to their outstanding line of services for the trucking industry.”

Roady’s Truck Stops, representing more than 300 independent member locations, selected the TruckSeries suite to strengthen and grow the repair and service side of their business. TruckSeries will complement other shop program offerings such as oils, lubes, filters, tires and heavy equipment.

“We are very pleased to be able to offer our members Mitchell 1’s comprehensive vehicle repair software program which we believe will instantly boost their service capabilities,” said Ernie Neill, Roady’s shop program manager. “The addition of TruckSeries will benefit our shops by giving them advanced tools to keep pace with industry technology, so they can provide even better service to their end customers.”
