Kahiki Foods files for registration with SEC

Columbus OH-based Kahiki Foods Inc, an international supplier of authentic Asian Pacific frozen foods, has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission to facilitate the sale of shares, warrants, and options held by certain investors.

Kahiki plans to make an application, pending effectiveness of this registration, for a listing of its shares on an exchange.

The company expects to meet the requirements for listing soon. Michael Tsao, president of Kahiki, said, "This is a continuing effort to bring further confidence from the investment community in our rapidly expanding business, with the effective desire to increase shareholder value.”"
