DeltaTRAK's FlashCheck Probe quick-action digital pocket thermometer, Model 11025, is a quality assurance and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) tool. FlashCheck Probe's new stainless steel probe has a .095" (24 mm) reduced-diameter probe tip that produces a 300% faster response time than previous models. The unit also offers a display “hold” button and 10-minute automatic shutoff to conserve battery life, and it is field-calibratable. This thermometer can be washed in soapy water for sanitization. FlashCheck Probe is water-resistant with an operating range of -40° to 302° F (-40° to 150° C).

FlashCheck can be used for spot-checking product temperatures and validation of processing temperatures. It satisfies regulatory compliance with the Food and Drug Administration, United States Public Health Services Food Code Section 4-203-11.
