WebSettle leverages the dynamic, rated shipment data that accompanies each load through the Marketplace, eliminating manual invoicing, auditing, and reconciliation of freight charges. A rules-based exception system, WebSettle flags electronic invoices that do not match pre-approved or authorized load charges. Transfer of electronic funds from shipper to carrier based on contract terms also eliminates float. All financial activity is integrated with ERP systems or stand-alone accounts payable systems for additional reporting.
