Kenworth Truck Co achieved the highest ranking in dealer service satisfaction among medium-duty conventional segment truck owners, according to the J D Power and Associates 2004 Medium Duty Truck Customer Satisfaction Study.

Customers gave Kenworth the highest scores in the industry in five of the seven service categories, including service delivery, quality, facility, service initiation, and service advisor.

The T300 is offered in Class 6 and Class 7 configurations as a straight truck or tractor. It comes in a variety of wheelbases with single or tandem axles, air or hydraulic brakes, and in GVWs from 25,000 to 54,600 pounds. New options this past year included corner windows, one-piece stainless steelclad aluminum bumper with fog lights, and a workstation between the driver and passenger seats.

The J D Power study is based on interviews with more than 1,500 owner-operators and fleet managers of two-year-old medium-duty trucks.
