The Pillsbury Co's Anthony TX plant will devote its production lines to feed children in the United States as part of an ongoing commitment to a domestic hunger relief organization.

This plant's Production Alliance will produce 11,750 cases of Old El Paso Refried Beans for America's Second Harvest, a national network of more than 200 regional food banks and food-rescue organizations that provides emergency food assistance to 26 million hungry Americans. The beans will be routed to food banks and food-rescue programs, which will distribute the product to meal service programs such as Kids Cafes, Boys & Girls Clubs of America, and other organizations that focus on childhood nutrition.
