    Aurora Foods Inc, the St Louis MO-based producer and marketer of frozen food brands, has appointed Eric Brenk and Michael J Hojnacki co-presidents and co-chief operating officers. The company also announced that Tom Ellinwood, executive vice-president–brands, has resigned to pursue other interests.

    Brenk will oversee Aurora’s manufacturing, supply chain, and product development, while Hojnacki will be responsible for sales, marketing, and customer planning. Brenk joined Aurora in October 2002, and Hojnacki has been with the company since August 2000. Most recently, Brenk was senior vice-president–operations, and Hojnacki was senior vice-president–marketing.
