ChevronTexaco Global Lubricants announced that Chevron Delo Gear Lubricant ESI SAE 80W-90 and 85W-140 are now approved for extended warranty (750,000-mile) and extended drain interval (500,000-mile factory) in Dana Spicer heavy-duty axles. This approval acknowledges that this lubricant, although mineral-based, can meet the same requirements as currently approved synthetic lubricants.

This approval also qualifies this lubricant for listing under Eaton's E500 Roadranger extended warranty program for Dana Spicer axles marketed by Eaton.
