    Blooming Prairie has selected TruckStops routing and scheduling system to help restructure its static routes and provide daily routing updates, according to the system's producer, MicroAnalytics Inc.

    With warehouses in Iowa City IA and Minneapolis MN, Blooming Prairie is a wholesale cooperative distributor of natural and organic foods and products serving 13 states in the Midwest since 1974. Blooming Prairie serves retail natural food stores, traditional grocery stores, buying clubs, buying services, restaurants, foodservice kitchens, and bakeries.

    The organic food supplier plans to use TruckStops in several facets of its organization. Initially, Blooming Prairie will use TruckStops as a tool to assist in reconstructing its regional routes and then globally routing its entire customer base.
