C2 Inc announced that at its annual shareholders meeting April 20, 2004, it will seek approval to change its name to Total Logistics Inc.

William T Donovan, president and chief executive officer, said, "While the name C2 had nostalgic value to original shareholders given the successful development of our predecessor company, Christiana Companies Inc, it does not describe our current business activities and seems to raise more questions than it answers. Today, our businesses are focused on the high-growth logistics industry and refrigerated product merchandising. The name Total Logistics Inc more appropriately reflects our business and is likely to have greater intangible value for shareholders."

Additional details regarding stock certificates, new trading symbol, and website will be released at the annual meeting.

The company's operations and its subsidiaries, Total Logistic Control LLC and Zero Zone Inc, will remain intact with no change in their names.
