Expected to create 50 jobs, the site will include an eight-bay drive-through maintenance operation, office, and driver amenities such as a lunchroom, lounge, and bunk room.
The 26-acre site was sold in a private land transaction, according to the East Tennessee Economic Development Agency.

It includes the Shaffer Trucking refrigerated division, the Crete Carrier van division, and the Hunt Transportation flatbed division.
