The Indiana Economic Development Corporation has consented to supply USCS with as much as $1.3 million in performance-based tax credits and infrastructure assistance, along with up to $40,000 in training grants.

According to Indiana state officials, rail access to the site will be provided via a partnership between Lebanon and Duke Realty Corp.
