Peli BioThermal recently acquired Evo from BioLife Solutions, bringing the Evo portfolio of cryogenic shippers and the evoIS technology platform into its product lineup. The company, which provides temperature-controlled logistics solutions, will integrate these products to support pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical customers requiring precise cold chain management.
This acquisition strengthens Peli BioThermal’s ability to offer a broad range of cold chain solutions, providing existing customers with more shipping options and creating opportunities to reach new clients in pharma, biopharma, and clinical supply sectors. Current Evo users will gain added convenience by sourcing solutions directly through Peli BioThermal, while the Evo line will benefit from accelerated development and expanded support.
The Evo portfolio complements Peli BioThermal’s existing shipping solutions, including Credo reusable shippers, NanoCool systems, Credo Vault bulk shippers, and Vero One single-use dry ice shippers, giving customers more choices for performance, operational simplicity, and maintaining proper temperature control.
The Bruce Township, Michigan, operations and team associated with Evo will continue as part of Peli BioThermal, ensuring continuity of expertise and customer support while leveraging the company’s global resources to scale growth.
