Utility Trailer adds new dealer in Seattle area

Western Trailer Repair joined Utility Trailer's dealer network as a parts and service provider in Seattle, Washington.

Led by brothers Mark and Jeff Terrana, Western Trailer Repair is located within the Seattle city limits, just off Interstate 5. The facility features 10 active service bays and employs 12 trailer technicians. A long-standing dealer for Aurora Trailer Parts and Maxon Liftgates, Western Trailer Repair will now stock a full line of Utility parts.

In addition, Western Trailer Repair will offer the complete line of Cargobull transport refrigeration unit (TRU) parts and service. The team will provide comprehensive on-site maintenance and repairs, supported by mobile service trucks equipped to deliver parts and service for Utility, Cargobull, Carrier, and Thermo King TRUs.

“This marks a major step forward for our Northwest fleets and transportation hubs in the Seattle area," Jeff Terrana said. "With our shop, along with our mobile service vans, Western Trailer Repair is now positioned to expand its delivery of parts and services throughout the metro Seattle region—an area that has long been eager for growth for many years.”

Western Trailer Repair is located at 707 S. Lucile Street in Seattle, Washington.

Utility Trailer dealers join forces in Texas

Two of Utility Trailer's Texas-based dealers have joined forces to form one unified company. Utility Trailer Sales Southeast Texas and Utility Trailer of Dallas have combined to form Utility Trailer of Texas, Inc.

Based in Houston and led by company president Jonny Loring, the new organization brings together a shared commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

With a combined 11 locations and over 140 service bays across the state, Utility Trailer of Texas is also positioned for continued growth. The company has plans to open new stores, including in the Fort Worth and Austin markets, to further strengthen statewide coverage and enhance service capabilities.

“We are very excited to align with the Dallas operations and thrilled to welcome the Dallas team to our organization," Loring said. "Bo Watson will take the lead on sales and marketing of our Cargobull TRU and telematics offerings.”

After decades of leadership, vision, and dedication, Packy Watson, president of Utility Trailer of Dallas, will be retiring. Packy built Utility Trailer of Dallas from the ground up, earning the trust of customers, employees, and industry partners alike.

“I’m pleased to see these two great companies come together and know they will be successful,” added Steve Bennett, president and COO for Utility. “I’ve had the pleasure of working with Packy Watson my entire career—it’s been an absolute pleasure. I wish him the best in his retirement and look forward to continuing to work with Bo Watson as Utility Trailer of Texas expands its presence.”
