Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurants Inc has signed an exclusive agreement with foodservice distributor Sysco Corporation to provide its franchises with a range of foodservice products.
“We’ve experienced a phenomenal growth rate over the last two years and expect to open at least 100 new locations in 2012,” said Roland Dickey Jr, president of Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurants. “We’re thrilled to announce this agreement with Sysco that will only strengthen the partnership between our companies and drive more growth for Dickey’s.”
Dickey’s agreement with Sysco is a milestone for the fast-casual restaurant chain as it offers substantial cost savings and improved efficiencies for franchise owners. This agreement is the latest step in Dickey’s growth strategy.
